About Full Circle 21
Full Circle 21 was started by Sian Wilson and Isla Robb who are passionate about the renewables sector, achieving net zero in Scotland and believe that a diverse, inclusive and brilliant workforce will help to deliver success.
Full Circle 21 was created to support all individuals to start, stay, or transition into the net zero sector. We are here to offer guidance, access to free training, a small network of people to share experiences, but importantly offer encouragement, support and celebrate achievements.
The team at Full Circle 21 want to make the sector diverse, inclusive and a great place for everyone to work.
We meet virtually on a monthly basis, with sessions based on a range of topics including: presentation skills, goal setting, career development and specialist subjects including aspects of offshore wind and hydrogen, amongst other areas of growth which are supporting the journey to net zero.
We encourage open, free flowing conversation at all our sessions. We want Full Circle 21 to be a space where we can all be honest, continue to learn about the value of diversity and inclusion and therefore get the most value from discussions.
Membership is free (but if you want to financially support us, we’re all ears 😊)
Join us at our LinkedIn group where you can find the latest discussion topics and our upcoming events details.
